Credit card payment is required for all orders placed online, by telephone or by fax. Orders placed by mail can be paid using a credit card, check or money order. All orders are payable in US funds.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. International shipping and overnight rates are quoted upon request. International customers are responsible for all customs charges. Oversize rates may apply to large orders.
Shipping and handling rates are based on order totals with orders shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Orders shipped via UPS require full street addresses...no post office boxes.
